Not sure what they mean by that. Frank Harvey Hi Fi is a regular bricks and mortar store and you can buy direct from their store in Coventry. They're not an internet only business.

Hi BB,I did query that myself.This is their reply: I can see how Frank Harvey Hi Fi looks and seems like a normal bricks and mortar retailer, however this operates in very different retail manner. The showroom itself does not have a retail point of payment therefore you cannot pay by cash or by card payment, this is done or through telecommunication or online. These type of retailers often have little or no stock to take away that day.

We are a bricks and mortar store. We have a showroom which is a store where you can buy anything that is listed in stock on our website (the website has stock levels). You can pay cash or card at the counter. In that respect, we are no different to John Lewis. We keep as much in stock as we can, and the Bluray players ARE in stock at the moment.
