Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Car charging.

I have a new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 works phone.

The issue is it takes an absolute age to charge while in the car. I am using a Samsung charger and the usb cable supplied with the phone.

I tend to spend a lot of time on the phone while in the car, so the battery just seems to be holding it`s own rather than charging.

In the evening when I get home it charges really quickly from the mains.

Can anyone recommend a better cable and in car charger ?

I use one of these with the original Samsung cable to charge my Note 1 while using CoPilot satnav:
