RXFX placement.

I have got the decorators in this week and need to mark out the placement for my RXRX rear speakers , my sofa is right up against the back wall and they will go either side of the sofa, could you guys that have these recommend a good height for them please.

As high as you like, really. You don't want them too close to your ears, or you will get too much direct sound from them. I've got mine about a foot or so below my ceiling, as that lines one of them up with an adjacent door, which looks aesthetically more pleasing. If the doorway wasn't there, I'd have them at coving height.

Anything above 3 feet from ear heght.

Mine is 3 foot but behind the sofa not on the sides

Got mine about 6 feet up (the top of the speaker) and the same apart. My settee is directly between and below

Approx two feet above head height on the side walls (this is the recommendations from MA tech)
