Running in Pana 42x10 help..

I am taking delivery of a new panasonic 42 x10 tomorrow, can anyone please tell me the best way to run the plamsa in.

Just have the brightness settings, contrast etc set lowish for the first 100 hours, and dont go playing games for hours on end during this time either.
