Roku stick plus (4k)

Is anyone using one of these?

I got a Sony telly and the interface is diabolical.

Will this simplify operation?

Freeview HD, some 4k content, free if possible thank you very much. I probably do some casting from mobile.

The tv has android tv. Will the Roku give me a better interface?
