I am thinking of getting a Region A Blu-ray player to compliment my Sony BDP-S350 Region B player. I have read a lot of threads about chip modifications to allow multi-region playback for BDs, yet it does not make sense to spend GBP200+ to have your player tampered with when the Sony BDP-S360 can be had for around $200 shipping overseas included (amazon US price is currently $129.99).
In this regards, does anyone have any suggestions as to what player to get? (is it safe to assume the Region A BDP-S360 is as good as its Region B version, which has been What-HiFi's budget BD player of choice for some time - I've just noticed it has now been replaced by the LG BD390).
