Re Momentum over ear mrk 2 Confused

I wish to buy the Momentum over ear mrk 2. But confuse 2.i and 2.G
As are advertised on littlwoods, what do the letters mean.

The suffix refers to the in-line mic / remote controls in their leads.

As supplied, 2g is for Android, 2i is for Apple devices. The leads are detachable and interchangeable so you wouldn't be permanently limited to whichever you buy.

I would have thought that, as standard, Sennheiser would also supply a normal, continuous lead but that doesn't appear to be the case with these. So, if it's important, double check / see if they can supply one as an option?
