Question regarding interconnect cables

I'm going to buy interconnect cables. Do I get digital ones to connect amp with cd player and analogue ones to connect FM tuner with amp ?

You don't mention what make/model your CDP and amp are, but as very few hi-fi/stereo amps (assuming thats what you're using) have digital inputs, you'll most likely need standard analogue RCA interconnects.
