I'm researching which DAC to buy (also considering MF V-DAC) and have a question:
When you power your DAC off and then back on again, does the DAC remember that last input you were using, or does it revert to a default input when switched on?
The reason I ask is I want to connect my BD Player, PVR and Squeezebox to the DAC, but being a lazy sod I don't want to have to walk over and manually change the input each time. So I'm thinking of using a coax/optical switch so that I only have one input going into the DAC. Whether I use Coax or Optical depends on how the DAC input behaves on power-up. (Unless I'm missing something completely?)
Any comments/help appreciated.
Cheers
