I would to like to buy these for a bedroom system but I read that these are not so good for low volumes. Any comments from people who have these would be welcome. Thanks. :)

I tested them out once in richer sounds about 9 mouths ago and I found them to be a good quality build for the price and have good bass with a very musical feel. I say I tested them at low volume. Also would say look at MA BX1 they are a good buy at 200 pounds but if you can blow some money I would say the neat iota (£700) would be the best for your needs.

They seem universally well received and the sound people describe is not what I heard at all so I can only assume they need decent power to sound their best. I heard them on a Denon micro system and in my opinion they sounded woeful, I suspect on the end of a decent amp they’d come alive. People often assume smaller speakers means smaller amp but often the limited cabinet size is inefficient.
