ps3 update

hi guys still using my ps3 as a blu ray player and will do till after santa has been.

i will keep my ps3 for my camcorder but would to see that little hd light on my amp.

so the question is can everyone who has made an upgrade lets say for a blu ray player £400 or less give me there views on picture has it improved(colours/grain),loading times,and the most important sound.

I have both (PS3 and a standalone player), and the PS3 is a brilliant bluray player

But my other sony player does produce a better picture, only mainly in terms of picture noise, and that may be fussy to other people. But i do think its a cleaner less noisy picture, though the sound is a lot better on the stand alone player

But I would wait until the end of the year, especially with Denon, Pioneer and Oppo bring players out latter in the year
