Problems with my Blu ray BD30.

I took delivery of my new Panny 37PX80 and Blu-Ray BD30 player today. The TV is great but unfortunately the BD30 wont play my DVD's. I've conected the BD30 to the TV with a QED HDMI lead but whenever I insert a DVD, it states 'Cannot read. Please check the disc'.
My DVD's are all the correct region. Have looked through the instruction manual but can't seem to sort it. I need some advice!!

Sounds like you have a faulty player. Have you tried different dvd's/bluerays ?

I would get in touch with the shop you bought it from and get it replaced.

Thanks SW. Yes have tried different DVD's to no avail. Will be contacting shop tomorrow!

The BD30 was in fact broken. I got a replacement sent the following day which works fine!
