Pride and Prejudice blu-ray

Just watched this (the BBC one with Colin Firth).Not realy my thing , but bought it for the girlfriend as she's always complaining about me buying films that I already have on DVD. Also , its not a bad way to spend six hours if you're snowed in.

Anyhow I have to say the step up in quality from the DVD is amazing .OK its not reference ,but the company that did the work restoring it should be applauded .Maybe now I'll get her to watch my new Dawn of the Dead blu-ray I got for Xmas .Or maybe not

Thanks for the tip off. It's one of the wifes all time fave tv progs. She love her period dramas. She just watch Larkrise at the mo'. Anyway I'll make a note of it and put it on the Birthday prezzie ideas list. She had it VHS so should go down a treat.
