Hi,

I'm toying with the idea of taking out the mag subscription as they currently have the Chord Company SuperScreen powerlead as a freebie.
I think if memory serves the only component this may possibley fit (without using an adaptor) would be my tv, has anyone used this kettle type powerlead on the Panasonic TH-42PZ85B and did you notice any improvement or indeed would it be worth using the lead elsewhere in my system ?

any observations/suggestions most welcome.

thanks stu

Is that in the mag? I'm on holiday and one of my birthday presents is to be a subscription to the mag. I can't see the freebie Chord cable offer online though.

EDIT Done, will look forward to that. Funny, just before I saw this post I was thinking of ordering one of these power chords. Phew. Cheers WHSAV.

Stu,

Think you will find that to get the power leat to fit the pz85B you would need to remove the plasric cover clip over the IEC plug. A Yello does not fit with cover on neither does the QED tho almost does. Some of the other Pannys have a clip that holds the cable rather than the cover whick clcks into place on your (and my model) . The Clearer Audio and RA cables will not fit anless you discard the clip. (which I don't want to do)

Cheers
