Why not download a couple of free / trial applications and see which works for you.

I use Foobar 2000 for PC and it's just fine. As I suspect is JRiver.

Audirvana is excellent, and can be used with iTunes. It's a bit pricey at arournd £50.00 but gives you the opportunity to bypass your computers sound card and upsample your music fies to 24/192kHz. Also worth considering is Decibel which is much less expensive but does not have the user interface of Audirvana.

Sherez.

Not sure how Audirvana works with a PC. I use it on a Mac and it integrates with iTunes (or can use it indpendently), so iTunes on a PC might work for it also. Try the free trial version.

Someone can answer that?

I doubt it .....

Stick with Foobar 2000 if you like it and stop worrying about what's best. Foobar does the job very competently and you will get more inspiration for tweaking Foobar and getting the best from it by browsing the Hydrogenaudio website forums, rather than posting random questions here.

I currently use Adobe's Audition, it's used by studios, radio stations and for sound editing for films. You can select the layout based on your task - it has an impressive sound engine. Not hard to find on the internet. MME or ASIO driven. Samplitude, more of a studio programme, is also good. I use Foobar only for DVD-A, and tried but passed over HQ Player. My go-to default is Korg Audiogate - supports all types plus 1-BIT DSD, 24/192. Driven with ASIO, WASAPI and DirectSound - plus its FREE :rockout:
