pc to sony bravia lcd

Hello I have recently connected my pc tower to my sony bravia 46inch lcd hd tv via vga cable and looks superb when browsing the internet, just 1 problem how do i get sound from the tv i just presumed the vga cable would carry sound and picture over like hdmi but its not which cable do i need to attach from my pc to the tv to get sound Hope some one can help as the silence is killing me

VGA is for video only - not audio.

Depending on what input sockets your tv has you could use either USB or 3.5mm cable.

Usually there is a green 3.5 audio-out socket on the back of a PC for sound, which you can connect to the pc audio-in on the back of the TV.

Superb thanks very much i have located the 3.5mm input on the tv just need the cable now will try ebay
