panny 32LZD81 or LG 32LF7700 for kitchen

Hi need a 32" tv for the kitchen which is going to be hokked up to the sat dish so i need free sat. was looking at these: Panny TX-32LZD81 or LG 32LF7700 the panny is last yrs but is still available & the LG has some issues with auto dimming, what would you recommend?

Pick it up from a Panny dealer, or JL, and you'll get a 5 year warranty

I've just bought it's bigger brother, the P42G10, and have it in my kitchen (although mine is clearly a Plasma) but I'd have to say it's a very good piece of kit. (I paid £690 from JL for mine...)
