PANASONIC TX-L37S10

I have been looking to buy the Pan TX-L37S10. However when i type in the info in the search bar I oftern get the Pan TX-L37S10B. Can someone please confirm that the 2 models are different and not the same.

It's the same model the "B" means it's for the uk market.
