Have the PZ85, try these as a rough guide then tune for your eyes.

Picture menu

Cinema

Contrast about 60%

Brightness about 40%

Colour About 50%

Sharpness about 50%

Colour Balance Warm

Colour management off

PNR Off

Setup Menu

IFC (not sure if you have this) Off

Side Panel High

Picture Overscan ON (when watching SD) OFF when watching Blu Ray etc

i use these settings having seen them on a post before , and they are quite good , also , you might want to check out eco mode if viewing hd in a dark room , quite nice ,
