Panasonic G15 46 or a Samsung LED 467020?

Hi everyone this is my first post on What Hi Fi forums. Hopefully first of many.

My question is I've been looking for a new TV and I thought I had narrowed it down to the Panasonic G15 46"

But now because of the money back offer on the Samsung LED, it brings it down to the same price range, give or take a few quid.

So what are your thoughts between the two and their pro's and cons? and if there is another TV for around this price range ( around the £1100 ) then please tell me.

I will be using it for SD TV, my Oppo dvd player, Xbox 360 and will be buying a blue ray player soonish.

Sound doesn't bother me I have an AV system, which some of this will be getting replaced but that's another post.

Does it have to be a 46" panel. The 50G10 is more or less the same price as the 46G10.

Well I think a 50" would be just a bit too much for my viewing distance. I would feel like I'm sitting inside the TV. 46" would be the max and I think the extras on the G15 would be worth it. Unless you can convince me other wise. Although I'm saying this, the award winner Samsung PS50B650 in this month mag, may change my mind
