Panasonic 42PX70 startup image settings

Following the precious advices on the mag and on this forum, I've just bought a Pana 42PX70.

Just like an advice from you expert abut two things:

a) startup settings suggested for the first period (200hours?) to reduce the risks of retention/burning

b) what to do with white channels logo. Do I have to worry about them for a continous watching of maybe 5, 6 hours (and so try to zoom out them) or these precautions are about 20 hours continuously watching ?
