Pana TX37LXD85 No digital audio ouput?

What difference does this make if wanting to hook up my xbox 360 to it? I will be using a HDMI cable to connect the two will this handle both the audio and picture? so does that make the need for a digital audio output obsolete?

Yes it will be fine. The digital output on the TV is really only for delivering sound from the internal tuner to an external amplifier or receiver.
