The Uniti In My Possession is latest spec, they fitted the new streaming board when it was back in the office.

Not going to happen.

I heard the Qute last week in my house, which was why I recommended it to you (though admittedly without listening to the radio, crucially).

However, none of this would sit well in the TV and Projector forum...

JohnDuncan:Soy KDL32NX503. Was prettier than the panasonics and samsungs. 4 stars on here at 700 quid, 450 from Richers.

The problem for us is that we have always liked Panasonic VHS and DVD recorders and TVs (for about 20 years now) and the controls are second nature to everyone.

Our current Samsung 32" (and now the S370) have not gone down very well with the folks in terms of having to use multiple remotes with different layouts and quirks..

I want to consolidate everything soon with a Freeview HD equipped Panasonic BD/DVD recorder to replace both our DMR-EX78 and S370 and a fully compatible Panasonic 32" TV so we can get back to a one remote set-up (with iPlayer on both/either).

The Panasonic DMR-BW880 and TX-L32D25 come to about £1700 (WHF prices) so it might end up being a DMR-BW780 with a slightly lesser Panasonic screen.

Panasonics are also compatible with some Yamaha soundbars (Viera-link or whatever) so a Yamaha YSP-600 might not be out of the question.

(None of us care about 3D so that is not a factor.)
