Peeps,
I have a particularly sucky room mode at around 72Hz (determined by loud sine wave experimentation). The best my sound card can do on it's own with standard drivers is old-fashioned multiband equalisation, the nearest adjustable frequency being 60hz. While this helps it is far from ideal.
What I would like, is some sort of little app I can install that will apply a 72hz (or whatever frequency I want) notch filter to ALL the sound leaving my PC.
Is anybody here aware of such a filter, otherwise I fear my bloody doors are going to fall off and that will NOT impress Michael Caine.
