No sound

Hi All,

I have just bought a new Yamaha receiver RX-V379 for my projector, i can connect the sound to my set top box buy there is no sound coming from the DVD player, any suggestions would be great.

check your dvd players sound output settings

in the end i had to buy a new DVD player
