While watching Sky with the av receiver turned off, I am unable to get pass through sound with the HD channels, SD channels work fine though.
Any ideas why?

I think it should be able to handle DD, though it doesn't seem to be.
I've sorted the problem by using the optical output (set to Dolby D on the Sky box) to the receiver, and the HDMI output (set to normal on the Sky box), so I get 5.1 to the receiver, and stereo to the tv.

I'm pretty sure that the GT50 will not allow DD pass through, and can't handle it from Sky HD
Well, I never managed to get mine to...
