no information available

Since the second retune, my EPG is useless. Half of the channel listings say 'no information available'. Admittedly, the listings have been incomplete from time to time in the past, but it's got alot worse since the retune. Whereas before there may have been no info for the listings five or six days in the future, say, now it's showing no info for same day listings. Has anyone else noticed this?

Can't say I've noticed it myself. usually watch through Virgin though. Will check tonight when I'm home.
