We bought the children one for Christmas.

Came bundled with Super Mario and Super Luigi and Lego Marvel

They are addicted to it

I'd have to say that as games consoles go it's very user friendly and has all the 'fun' of the Wii without that annoying infra red thing you have to fix to the TV (Wii U games don't use it, but you'll need it to play Wii games)

Plus its 1080p as well, so the PQ is vastly improved over the Wii
