What's the best way to extend the battery life on my Nexus 7?
It uses a lithium-ion battery. From what I understand it's best to keep the battery topped up above 50 per cent all the time and once every 30ish cycles do a complete discharge/recharge cycle so the battery can recalibrate its 'digital memory' to provide a more accurate reading.
However 90% of the time that I'll be using it is when sitting at my desk at work so a perfectly convenient option would be to leave it plugged into the wall all the time. Would this be the best way to extend the battery life?
