new speakers

ihave a pair of royd minstrel speakers which i have hooked up to a b410 and b110,im very happy with the set up but as the speakers are thirteen years old i have been thinking of replacing these for a new pair.any ideas my budget is £1000?thanks.

I don't know (or can't recall) what a b410 or a b110 are.

I do know Royd Minstrels were suberb speakers and should not be replaced just on grounds of age.

[Edit] Ok got it now. Densen B410 and B110.

I used to own the Royd Minstrels and currently have a B420. I would say that I always found the Royd's rather lightweight, although I was playing them in quite a large room with Linn amplification. For £1,000 I would look at Neat or Kudos.
