New 4K TV - Soap Opera Effect?

I got my first 4K TV today, a Samsung UE48JU6400

i upgraded my Netflix to Ultra 4K, and to be honest when watching things in Ultra, I find that effect hard to watch, and I can't get into a film.

just wondering your thoughts on this?

might be the tv. since it isnt the highest end 4k tv and pretty midrange. should of maybe tried a demo instore.

What picture settings are enabled when you are watching Netflix 4K? Are experiencing the same issue with other sources? Check to see if any additional picture processing is being employed by the Samsung

sounds like the problem to me. It doesn't matter whether your tv is high end or not!
