need some help.
i have a pioneer vsx-ax3 reciever , pioneer 545hx dvd recorder and acoustic energy aegis evo 3 speakers and a pioneer pdp 506xde plasma. i am happy with my plasma and speaker package but wondering to upgrade my reciever and rubbish dvd recorder.
i was thinking of getting the sony str-da1200es or the 5200es could you tell which would be the best suited and will get the best out of my speakers? or should i just keep my old one.
getting onto dvd recorder sony rdr-hxd860 or the 870 i know there seams to be more functions on the latter but is the quality as good as the 860? also on the pioneer you can edit your recording before you burn it on to disc, can you get this funtion on either the 860 or the 870?
If you can help or there is something out there better on the market that i havent thought of. your help would be most grateful
