Hallo,

Has anyone the dimensions of the QED airlocplugs? I can't find it on their website neither on internet. I need it to find out of I can use it with my Canton home cinemaspeakers.

What dimensions do you want? Length? Diameter? Bear in mind that the cable enters from the rear of the plug, so you'll have to add another few centimetres on for that.

Lenght and diameter because the connector terminals are fitted on a recessed board. Connector is metal cap that screws over a 7mm scew. This screw has in the middle a groove or ditch.

The widest part of the Aurloc is the colour coded rubber grip, which is 11mm, they are approximately 52mm long from the tip of the banana plug to where the cable protrudes. Can't help you on the spade connector I'm afraid.

I think my speakerconnectors have not enough free space on the recessed board for connecting the airlocs on. It would help when the tips can be bend. Is it possible bending the tip of the airloc for +/- 35 to 45ø?

No, it will snap. I'm sure you can get 45 degree banana plugs, but then you would miss out on the advantages of Airlocs. If your speaker's terminal accepts bare wire clamped by a screw, then you can get away with poking a spade through the hole and tightening the screw on to it - I've done this and it works surprisingly well.
