I have a pair of b&w 683 s2 with a nad c375bee amp sound pretty good with good bass. But how is that rotel rb 1582 to 683 s2 is the bass as good as the nad c375 i know the rotel will sound Little more detailed but does anyone have this speakers with the rotel.

Well, because B&W and Rotel share the same factory (and some technology) on the south coast of England they are generally an excellent match. As the Nad and Rotel are very different in presentation terms, you'll need to source a Rotel to compare and decide which you prefer.

Sorry, can't help anymore but hi-fi is very personal - we all require and hear different things.

Id go for the nad imo but there will be no difference what so ever with the amps as all amps sound the same

uhm... No? Try Arcam A19 vs Nait 5si vs Marantz PM7005 or whatever. They are completely different from one another.

You need to get the Rotel or Marantz or Yamaha or Denon or anything on the bright side of things. Get the NAD and you'll get a total missmatch, a closed up sound.

Where do people get these peculiar ideas from?

I already have nad c375 amp paired with b&w 683 s2 but i want to now if rotel rb 1582 is as good as nad when it comes to bass and volume

I still enjoy the sound from nad c375 amp doing a great Job in the midrange and bass on the b&w 683 s2 in the treble there are better amps but i still thing nad c375 is a very good sounding amp for the money and nad controlling the b&w 683 s2 pretty good. But i still be very happy to test rotel rb 1582 to My speakers with rc 1550.

Do audition, if it's the pre-power, I think it will be good to say the least. B&W + Rotel go together like bread and weed ^^
