Hi there.

I am planning to get a BLURAY player and a new HD receiver.

At the moment, my system consist of a 42" plasma screen, 100" Optoma Projector, Bose 5.1 speakers, 2 12" Kenwood subs, Sony 5.1 receiver, Toshiba DvD player, Xbox 360, and Humax satelite receiver.

I was planning on getting the new Sony BDP S350 as my BD player and the Sony STR DH800 7.1 HD receiver.

Does anyone know if i can connect the BDP with my projector and to my plasma at the same time?

The only reason i want to do that is that i would be watchin the movie on my projector, but the special features i will be watching them on my plasma. The reason i be doing that is so i wount use up the projector's lamp.

Does anyone know?

depends on the number of hdmi outputs on the new receiver, you'd need 2, unless you are happy to use maybe component going into the plasma.

You could probably buy a splitter from somewhere like maplins though which would solve the problem.
