MS Speaker run-in. Bi-wire

Mordaunt Short Mezzo setup guide says run-in, 36hrs, out of phase, face to face. Question is because I didnt is it too late and does run-in only speed up the natural process?
And it suggests biwiring showing an amp schematic with 2 pairs of biwire terminals but nowhere mentions biamping.
Big, established uk company but.their (simple) one page setup guide gives curious guidance?
And how do u run-in a centre speaker?

If you believe in run-in it'll happen naturally, the face to face thing is just to speed it up a bit, the same thing (if anything) will happen during normal listening.

Kinda agree Lhc. Possible to loosen the 'bearing'. Just seems a long time. Also cant do same with centre. Wonder if other 'big' manufacturers give similar advice.
Annoying that they dont discuss these issues but simply 'tell' u to do it.
These things dont concern me but just dont understand the logic of their advice.
