MOVING HOUSE - NEED NEW TV - £1,000 BUDGET

I am moving house within the next month and am looking to buy a new TV for the lounge.

My criteria are:

40-46" TV

£1,000 budget

Internet TV

I have read loads of reviews and the one catching my eye is the Samsung UE40C8000 as it has great looks, internet tv and I can just get it within my budget of £1,000 at Richer Sounds.

Is the UE40C8000 the best TV to go for? My main concern is getting the best HD picture quality possible for the money and don't care whether it is LED, LCD or Plasma. I don't care if the TV has 3D or not either.

Is the Samsung LE40C750 as good as the UE40C8000 but just cheaper because of being LCD for instance?

Anyones advice would be much appreciated.

just bought a LE46UC750 from comet just short of 800 quid im very impressed, picture quality excellent and the 3D is really cool.

Its 46" and has internet TV and freeview HD

Its gonna look nice in my new house!
