After setting up my last upgrade the monitor RXW-12, I thought I would test it with the hurt locker. I put the seen on where they blow up the bomb in the desert. Wow the floor, couch and all my internal organs shook. Also last night I watched a few films and what a difference it made I didn't think the MA would make such a difference over my old Kef 1, the Denon 3311 and MA RXW-12 has made my christmas.

Hi dirtydean, i have just purchased the M/A RX6 AV12 and it is sitting in boxes in my lounge probably for another week and a half, i have a guy coming to decorate Wednesday and will take a week to do it so i am trying to be patient, read your thread and i had a mad urge just to get it all out , have a blast , then put it all away again !!!!!

I've recently upgrades my Monitor Audio RS speakers but one that will remain is my RSW12 - an absolute beast!

I am also happy with my MA-RSW12. The best buy for me in 2010. I am sure the RX version is also a beast....

I have always believed that a subwoofer upgrade brings out the maximum improvement in an AV system....it unleashes the beast. Glad you're enjoying it.

I've never listened to the RX6's so could not comment on the difference. As for the 270's I'm well impressed I listen to music through my Sony BDP 370 and analog cables to my Denon and they are to my standards, impressive to my ears (don't know if a music head would think the same though) they are very clear and have good base, as for movies I love them, with the rest of the kit it makes such a difference to watching films. They also don't take up much room and look the part too.
