I was reading the WHF review of the Marantz SR7005 receiver and it said to be careful of speaker matching.I have bought one already and haven't got around to setting it up yet.I was planning to use the B and W 685 theatre speaker package with twin PV1 subs (the 7005 has two sub outs).I may even use the M1 sats for rears and front heights to go 9.2.Pity there's only 7 channels so I''ll have to switch between rears and front heights though! Any advice if this should sound ok,or is there a better centre channel I could use to minimize the effect of the Marantz's dubious vocal/midrange?

We have been matching the Marantz with the Tannoy Revolution pack with good results. How big is your room and how do you intend to place both subwoofers? I would suggest one bigger / better one rather than two PV1's if you can.
