I bough a pair of Tannoy Eyris 1 speakers and now I need an amp on 500£ range which one of those would be better ?

Why just those two pW?

Both will be good, but there's others to consider in the same price range - discounts can be had with the outgoing Exposure 2010 s2, Icon Audio Stereo 25 (£595 British valve amp, very well reviewed), Audiolab's 8000S...NAD, Pioneer, etc., etc.

i think the rotel looks your best bet it looks class sounds solid and has a built in stage, i would try and go and have a listen and see what you think. I'm also sure you can get it for £275 so in euros not sure but not as high as 500. If funds let you you could try and get the model up which is the same but with the remote.

As RS says there are loads in that price range. So try and find a bargin out there

How can they make a main-stream, bog standard amplifier without remote these days? Pointless, especially at that price.

i know but it is silly value for £300- £400 with the remote is out of some peoples reach while £275-300 is buyable. i think thats what they are going for
