Marantz DV7001 for £369- bargain or avoid at all costs?

Saw this on ebay

Says brand new in box but i am aware that official marantz dealers are not aloud to sell this item online.

Well, it's coming from Hong Kong, so you really need to check if the specification is the same as the UK one, and realise you're taking a risk ordering something this major from an unknown overseas seller. Oh, and not too sure how you'd stand with warranty if anything goes wrong.

Apart from all Andrew has mentioned, when you add on £56 shipping and the £105 import duty you would be liable for (H.K. being ever so slightly outside the EU), then the bargain starts to become an 'avoid at all cost' option.
