lossless music

Hi im pretty new to itunes but have seen talk about lossless music being bandied about.

is it possible to rip lossless music from my cd's to itunes?

any help would be apprecited

Yes.

'Preferences', 'import settings', 'apple lossless encoder' and make sure you tick the error correction box.

Go ÿPreferences > General > Import settings and choose Apple lossless.
