Looking to replace my beloved Panasonic Plasma

I'm looking to replace my 65" Panasonic 65VT50 which has served me well but is obviously not 4K. I've recently purchased a Sonos Arc and so am looking to use Dolby Atmos where the signal will be passed through the TV from my 4K TV box through to the sound bar.

I was planning on the LG OLED 55BX but was advised by the local sales man if I was planning on using Dolby Atmos from the sound bar then I would be better going for the CX model. The CX is currently a 400 euro more expensive. Both TVs have eARC connections so wouldn't the signal be the same quality to my sound bar?

Yes, all you need is eARC. The salesperson is just trying to coax you to a more expensive model with factually inaccurate statements.
