Honest question from a disappointed customer. Will LG actually fix the issues that plague the G4? Namely the audio muting when driving an external sound bar and black flashing on HDMI inputs? Both core functions that should be absolutely rock solid on such a high end TV. Yet forums and user groups are full of posts about these issues. No date for a fix from LG and if you contact them they do the online equivalent of shrugging their shoulders.
Still well within my 30 day return window so it might well be going back. You expect better from a company like LG.
And why do reviews in What HiFi never get updated to reflect real owners long term life with a device.? All very well it working for a week in your offices. What about 6 months or a year of real use?
