I would save-up and spend that much on a really nice pair of headphones.

Agree, my last 3 TVs cost on average £1100, that’s my limit now. Probably even cheaper now with TCL TVs.

If I had the money, I would certainly set about finding out for myself. I suspect my Pathos amp may have more to give.

The most expensive pair of headphones I’ve had are my current pair and they were £600 down to £300 when I bought them, then I traded in 2 pairs to help pay for them. Am I right in saying for streaming that’s all you need to spend though, but when you have an amp you get out extra performance with a more expensive pair?
