LG 47LD450 any reviews

Is this tv any good now available at Curry's for £499, it lacks connections ie has only 2 hdmi's and 1 scart, but can't find any reviews. Now at £499 how would the whfi team rate it, will only be using standard Sky to start with a blu-ray player Sony 370 and use the scart socket for the wii.Additional Sky + HD box for £30 is one option offered, its for my parents we sit about 2.5mtrs to 3 mtrs away with a well lite room.Dad does alot of daytime vieweing while he recovers from a slip disc. Would like to know any thoughts from owners or the lovely lady Clare Newsome.Many thanks for any opions.
