Hopefully the LBT-335BA doesn't sound too wooden

Given that bamboo is not wood, I don't see that being a problem...

Bamboo is hard and dense so, maybe it will work quite well as a turntable plinth. Bamboo is great for chopping and cutting boards though, very tough and durable.

I have to laugh (or at least chuckle) at the "eco friendly" imprimatur for this device...I mean, how many millions of tons of horrible plastics are currently used on all the turntables sold in a given year that this is saving something beyond the self important feelings of the person who buys one for that reason?
I mean, ifit produces better sound - that's great - but let's not kid ourselves.
