Growing up, there's a number of bands that stand out in my mind due to my parent's listening habits during the 70s - one of the bands I'd hear a lot of was The Moody Blues. There are certain tracks that really stand out to me. Sad loss.

And thinking about it further, some of those bands there are no replacements for - I can't think of a band that were as distinct as The Moody Blues.
