ITV HD , What times does it broadcast its progs?

Ive just recently added this channel to my new EPG guide (thanks to Clares post on how to do this) but just curious as to what time the progs start?

Anybody know? And if so what progs are in HD on this channel?

AFAIK it's as and when ITV feel like it, which isn't very often by all accounts...

This is where I look although currenlty still showing last week. As you'll see not a lot of programmes really. In last week only 2 films and a footbal game. Champions League always also in HD if on ITV3. Some of bigger drama also in HD, for example Lewis.

Im gutted as i never realised until now that the Thunderbirds were on strings until ive watched it in HD.
