Is there much difference in sound between the Onkyo 805 and 875?

apart from the upscaler, 1 extra HDMI input and the little extra power? When are the updates expected?

So i guess if i am not bothered about the upscaling chip i'd be best off saving £200 odd quid and getting the 805?
